My husband and I were looking to purchase our first home together here in the bay area, which is not an easy process to say the least. We also needed to sell our condo in order to do this. When our current home was released on the market, Anh met me at lunch that week to look at the house and we were making an offer just a short time after. My husband and I have owned three homes: Borax, Amethyst, and Escondido. Anh has helped us on all 3. Backtracking to 2 years ago, we were on Borax Dr. thinking we would never be able to sell the home - as it needed a lot of repair. Anh configured a deal that let a "flipper" trade our Borax  location for Amethyst (of course, it's not an even trade). And the as-is nature of the transaction made something we thought impossible happen (the sale of Borax and move to Amethyst). She handled both sides of the transaction - making a complicated situation, very easy. Most recently, she helped us sell our house on Amethyst Drive in Santa Clara in 2 weeks (over the holidays no less) & purchase our new home in Escondido. Anh was always a voice of calm even in some really tough conversations, decisions and negotiations. She always came through, and in this latest deal surprised us with extra $ to replace appliances we'd lose in the move. Even after the move, I got a surprise knock at the door. An orchid delivery - from Anh. I'm an orchid lover, but I had to leave one behind in the bay window at Amethyst - because that was the orchid's home (yes, it was quite emotional). Anh heard the story, and sent me a new orchid for this new home. I have greatly enjoyed Anh. And if ANY real estate thing ever comes up again - she's definitely my first call. My husband and I could not have done any of this without her.
