Once we found "the one" she did a great job working with the sellers agent and the rapport they developed really helped on the deal. Her communication skills and attention to detail are excellent. After we closed her services didn't stop as she helped us find a contractor, guided us thru the design and renovation process, and kept everything on our tight schedule.
